By accessing fit-apps.dev or utilizing applications developed by FIT Apps, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Applications

FIT Apps provides specialized e-commerce software and integrations, including but not limited to:

• FIT Zoho Sync: Cloud service synchronizing inventory, orders, and product data between Shopify and Zoho applications.
• FIT Listing Master: Catalog enrichment, Legal Metrology compliance management, and fitment engines.
• Custom Integrations: Tailored software development and API bridges on Google Cloud Run.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of credentials, complying with third-party platform terms (Shopify API Terms of Service, Zoho Developer Terms), and verifying their store inventory mappings.

4. Service Availability & SLA

Our applications leverage Google Cloud Run high-availability infrastructure with automated scaling and health monitors. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for downtime arising from third-party API outages (e.g. Shopify or Zoho system maintenance).
